S-Chem- Seawater Header Change Out
Customer : Saudi Chevron Phillips Co. (S-Chem)

Small but very critical project of replacing corroded CS seawater header.
In two projects Advanced Piping Solutions (formerly known as ACWAPIPE) has replaced the main header of DN1000 pipe.
Since it’s a replacement job with tight space, all flanged connections were used.
High precision of fabrication was need. Hydro test was not possible at site, factory assembly & hydro test was carried out before delivery.

Rabigh 2 Independent Power Project
ONSHORE GRP/GRE PIPING FOR COOLING WATER & FIRE WATER
Scope include supply and installation of GRP for seawater cooling system and GRE for fire water system. Lamination joints. DN2600, DN1800 total pipe more than 10.2km.
Al Khumrah Transmission Line & Lifting Station– Jeddah
Scope include supply of more than 18KM of DN2800 GRP coupling joint pipes with DN3800 lifting station spools and pump stations aboveground lamination joint piping DN1200. To mitigate possibility of differential settlement between lifting station and pump house, short pipe with more number of coupling were use.
